Hi, I’m Alex!

Born and raised in New England, I’ve been working as a Director of Photography and photographer since 2015. Before stepping full-time behind the camera, I spent four years in camera rental houses where I gained hands-on experience with cameras, lenses, lighting, and every piece of gear that brings a project to life. That technical foundation gives me a deep understanding of the tools and workflows that make sets run smoothly.

Over the years I’ve worked with crews of every size, from full commercial productions to lean, run-and-gun one-man-band shoots. No matter the scale, I’m committed to crafting images with intention, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit.

When I’m not on set, you’ll usually find me traveling or exploring the mountains. My time outdoors has made me comfortable shooting in remote terrain and unpredictable conditions, and it has shaped the way I approach natural light and storytelling. Photography and filmmaking is how I connect those passions, always chasing light, moments, and stories worth capturing.
